The first iteration of the map covers European assets belonging to Russian drone manufacturing and weapons production networks. Each asset’s card contains links to investigative reporting on these networks, along with photographs, addresses and owner profiles.

Russians linked to arms production continue to own property and businesses in European Union member states, the United States and the United Kingdom. However, due to the limited resources of the relevant authorities, the sanctions policy against Russia has been unable to cover all networks of individuals working for the military-industrial complex of the aggressor state, or to designate and freeze all associated persons’ assets.

In an effort to shed light on the operations of these networks and their assets across the EU, the United States and the United Kingdom, the Trap Aggressor project, run by StateWatch, has compiled and published data in the form of a map showing European assets belonging to Russians linked to arms production.
