A deputy of the State Duma who ratified the Agreement on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Agreement on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Russian Federation and the Luhansk People’s Republic, voted for a number of laws which undermined independence and state sovereignty of Ukraine, in particular on the annexation of Crimea.
