A Russian businesswoman, founder of the German medical clinic Vitalis-medical. Liliya Rotenberg has a stake in the company TPC Real Estates she got from her father, Arkadiy Rotenberg, in connection with the sanctions introduced against him in 2014. Later, she got another stake of the same company from her brother Igor Rotenberg just a few days before the Department of Treasure introduced sanctions against him in 2018.
