According to mass media, Mikhail Voevodin, together with Aleksandr Babakov and Yevgeny Giner, control the VS Energy company which owns Rivneoblsenergo, Khersonoblenergo, Zhytomytoblenergo and several more regional energy companies in Ukraine. A member of a crime group Luzhniki which has a number of hotels and malls in Ukraine. According to Interpol, Mr. Voevodin has the status of “thief in law.”
