Information

He used to be a chairman of the board of directors of the National Telematics Systems (NTS). Today, shareholder of the RT-Invest Transport Systems (RTITS-operator of the Platon system which collects toll from trucks), held shares of Gazprom Drilling, son of Arkadiy Rotenberg.

He is number 129 on the Russian Forbes 2021 list.

He has tight connections with the president Putin. He actively bought stakes of companies which belonged to his father after the latter found himself under sanctions in 2014. With the same considerations, he assigned the third part of his development company TPS Real Estate to his sister Lilia a week before sanctions were imposed on him in April of 2018.

In 2017, Igor Totenberg bought 46% of shares of the Tula Cartridge Plant (this JSC is made up of the Tula, Ulyanovsk and Simbirsk Cartridge plants). He sold his shares in a year, immediately after the United States introduced sanctions against him. However, his stake is still around 20%.
