Ukraine’s intelligence continues to expose participants and structures within Russia’s military-industrial complex. The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has published data on the War&Sanctions portal concerning 145 enterprises that are part of or managed by Technodinamika JSC, a holding of the Russian state corporation Rostec. The released information includes identification data of the enterprises, their roles within the holding’s structure, connection and subordination schemes, as well as details on sanctions imposed against them. According to the portal, more than half of the companies within Technodinamika have not yet been added to sanctions lists.

Technodinamika includes the Techmash and Spetсkhimiya groups of companies specializing in the production of ammunition and explosives, and also manages the Tor defence holding. In 2024, Technodinamika received the top award at Russia’s military-technical forum Army-2024 for its “significant contribution to the development of the armed forces and strengthening of Russia’s defence capability.”

Despite the holding’s strategic importance to the Russian military-industrial complex, 86 out of 145 enterprises remain outside international sanctions. Among them are key manufacturers of components for Russian missile systems and armored vehicles:
