The Russian company CJSC «Hephaestus and T» is a manufacturer of SVP-24 computing subsystems. They are installed on airplanes and helicopters for better targeting and more accurate use of weapons. These systems were created for Su-24MK and Tu-22MZ frontline bombers. Later, they were also installed on Su-24, Su-25, Tu-22M3, Ka-50 and Ka-52 helicopters.  The Tu-22MZ is a carrier for the X-22/X-32 missiles. These aircraft can also drop powerful aerial bombs (FABs) or be carriers of X-47M2 Kinzhal aerial ballistic missiles.

Russian engineer Alexander Panin is a CEO of «Hephaestus and T». For the development and modernization of the SVP-24 systems, Vladimir Putin awarded Panin the title of Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation.

Despite their direct involvement in the production of weapons that destroy Ukrainian settlements and kill Ukrainians on a daily basis, neither Alexander Panin nor the company «Hephaestus and T» are still under sanctions in any country in the world.  Other Russian companies involved in the production of FABs and UMPK systems are in investigation by Trap Aggressor.
