Mr. Babakov is an owner of the network of hotels Premier Hotels and Resorts, in particular Dnister and Lybid\u2019 which were arrested in Lviv and Kyiv accordingly.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being a special representative of the President who deals with organizations of fellow men abroad, he belongs to the close circle of Mr.\u00a0Putin.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He financed a pre-election campaign of Marine Le Pen though the First Czech and Russian Bank. In Ukraine, he was linked to V.\u00a0Yanukovych and
